Sometimes I feel like I’ve hit a progress plateau and get really frustrated then I remember that I had a froyo milkshake the other day and am not exercising more than I have to for work and put a chocolate bar in my cereal this morning and ate a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch at midnight last night and can hang out with friends and laugh and feel love and I’m like
